    CANCELLATION POLICY

  • • For any queries on your reservation, you may contact us through email reservation@newworldsuites.net or hotline +6086331122.
  • • New World Suites reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.
  • • All Non-Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 pm on arrival date.
  • • Cancellation / Amendment Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival date.
  • • A one-night charge will be levied for cancellation received thereafter or in the event of non-arrival.
  • • No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or unutilized confirmed room nights.
  • • In case a reservation that is not confirmed or in special condition, we will not charge anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. It will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
  • • Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay of your booking will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book your stay with the hotel.
  • • This credit is not transferable to any other parties.
  • • New World Suites reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

  • • New World Suites operates on a strict arrival check-in and check-out policy.
    • Check-In Time: 1400hours onwards
    • Check-Out Time: 1200hours
    • • Late checkout before 6.00 pm, guest will be charged half of the confirmed rate, and checkout after 6.00 pm is fully day charge subject to availability.
